Designed by University of Milano-Bicocca (Milan, Italy) in partnership with Centennial College (Toronto, Canada) and Alliance University (Bangalore, India), MAIB – Master in International Business Development aims to offer a uniquely designed, cutting-edge international business education, which will enable students to sensitize, learn and equip themselves to the reality of living and working in today’s global environment.

The main goal is to preparing future business leaders to tackle today’s complex business environment. MAIB is designed to provide companies with graduates who have both international business and management skills, with “hands-on” approach and cross-cultural competencies. The program provides a truly international and multicultural learning environment, which makes its graduates very attractive to potential employers worldwide.

 

Who is it for?

MAIB is for University graduates with 3 years bachelor degree or its equivalent across any discipline. The program is suitable for students with preferably 1-2 years of work experience who are interested in gaining broad information on business fundamentals and acquiring inter-cultural competencies, which are inherent to living and working in today’s global world. Our students come from diverse academic and professional backgrounds and we consider candidates who believe in the value of diversity and aspire to lead organizations and communities across boundaries.

The Program lays strong emphasis on teamwork and study groups as an essential part of the academic experience.  Faculty teams work together to deliver core subject material and create an effective team-learning environment.

As part of the curriculum, students also benefit from numerous guest lectures from the business world and visits to companies providing an opportunity to bridge academic theory and real-world practice.
